This academic year, we have the chance of having the presence of Annie, a language asssistant .
Annie was born in Ireland and, during these days, she has been helping the students of the second course of Primary in their conversation classes. She has explained her hobbies and preferences and she has shown a great interest about the students' preferences too.
She has been asked about almost everything: her favourite sport, her preferred hour of the day or the name of the cathedrals of Dublin, her hometown.
We have enjoyed her lessons so much that we are willing her to visit us again.
Thank you Annie for teaching us your mother language in such a lovely way.

For example, the students of Preschool Education and the students of 1st and 2nd of Primary Education do several activities in order to distingish the different flags of the countries of the European Union and also to know the languages that are spoken in those countries.
The next photographs show how those activities help children to known and appreciate the cultural richness of our continent.

Have you enjoyed the video? Do you want to know more about dinosaurs?
In Natural Science class we have just studied a unit about Paleontology. Dinosaurs apperared on the Earth in the Triassic period, about 205 million years ago and they lived until 65 million years ago, when they became extinct.
There were thousands of different species of dinosaurs. Here we present some of them just to show this great variety of species:
Altough they are very popular and mediatic, they are only one step in the highly complicated process of the evolution of life, as you can deduce from the time lines done by some of our students:
